FAQs

Strategic intervention coaching combines Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques with human needs psychology principles to resolve a whole range of human challenges, in a way that redefines the problems so they can be quickly and easily solved; creating changes that are quick and lasting in sha' Allah.

Strategic intervention coaching is a coaching method that leads individuals to take immediate action and get results fast. Strategic Intervention focuses on finding the true root cause of the problem and taking immediate action to change the person's worldview and view about their personal relationships. Instead of spending years trying to solve all the problems from their past, coaching leads clients to understand themselves and how they are currently meeting their needs ineffectively and leads them to quickly change their thinking and produce change in their lives and personal relationships.

A Strategic Intervention (SI) coach first assesses' the areas of the clients life that need change by having the client rate them and share details about their level of satisfaction in each one. We then listen intently to the client and ask questions to find out the clients goals, needs, values and talents. We then help the client break down their goals into achievable steps and utilize their strengths and untapped resources to help them achieve their goals in sha' Allah.

A coach will be your confidant that will help you bring out the best in yourself in sha' Allah through a series of weekly meetings. Like any professional we are trained with a wide variety of tools and techniques to assist you in defining your goals and holding you accountable to yourself.

A strategic intervention coach focuses on a wide variety of problems such as those of the individual, the couple, the family, the peer group, the organisation, and larger societal systems like those of the community.

My coaching is not limited to helping individuals with personal problems. I am also a certified marriage coach. You are welcome to sign up for coaching if you are married and need coaching for your marriage. I have also helped mothers overcome parenting issues and solve conflicts between family members.

To begin coaching, you can start with a free coaching intake session. In the first session, I will get to know you better and we will find out what areas of development you need to work on in your life. Then, for the next session we will create goals and define your vision for your future.

The rate of progress varies according to each individual. However, generally, most clients who are totally honest and receptive to me as their coach and willing to implement my suggestions and agreed upon actions steps should see results within 4 sessions in sha' Allah. Group, marital or family problems may take longer because of their complexity and the receptiveness of the participants.

My rate is $50.00 per 50-minute session, referred to as a full-session. I also hold 30-minute follow-up sessions, referred to as mini-sessions, for $30.00 per session.

New clients are requested to buy a package that includes (3) full-sessions for a discounted rate of $120.00, after which they can book individual full-sessions or mini-sessions at their own discretion.

Cancellation Policy: I request that you give me at least a 48-hour notice of cancellation in order to be refunded for the session.

Refund Policy: If after (3) sessions you are not satisfied with my coaching, I will gladly refund you 100% of your fees.

We do not criticize you, evaluate you, nor do we make you feel guilty. We are not here to change your identity, but to help you be the best version of yourself you can be. Only you know what you truly want or need for your life. We just help you find the answers faster.  We serve only to help you define your goals and set a clear path to attain your goals in a timely manner keeping in mind your spirituality.

If you currently struggle with or are being treated for any psychological conditions such as clinical depression, or if you are on medication of any kind, it is important that you inform me before proceeding with coaching. Therapy and coaching can work hand in hand, however I recommend sharing with your therapist or psychiatrist that you intend to join coaching.

If you are in a situation where your safety is at risk because of physical or emotional abuse, or you are afraid that you may harm yourself, I suggest seeking out help from a therapist or local establishment that can support you in staying safe.
